Shipping policy

Filament Fusion Australia ships within Australia.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated timeframes are displayed on the product page where applicable.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or other carriers

  • Weather events

  • Peak periods

  • Incorrect address details supplied by the customer


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees


5. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will assess the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.


6. Market Pickup

If you select market pickup:

  • Collection is available at the nominated market date or by prior arrangement

  • You must bring your order confirmation

  • Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled

We are not responsible for missed collections if you do not attend the selected market.


7. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
